My best advice is to look through them using the slideshow features and afterwards go back and grab the pictures that you really liked best by right-clicking on them and choosing save target as.

There were no videos at all here. I was disappointed by this, because the content is without a doubt worthy of some video footage. You'll have to settle for what is here though, that also means accepting that there are no extras or bonuses.
